Michael Bryant

MINNEAPOLIS (March 31, 2008) Michael Bryant has been named as one of Minnesota's Top 40 Personal Injury Lawyers by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine for the fourth time in five years. The 2007 Minnesota's Top 40 Personal Injury Lawyer survey was published in the June/July edition of Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine. Over 18,000 ballots were sent to randomly selected attorneys across Minnesota. Minnesota attorneys were asked to name peers that they considered to be outstanding lawyers in the field of personal injury law.

Joseph Crumley

Joe enjoys helping injured people and their families to secure just and fair compensation. He has been quite successful since his very first trial, when a Hennepin County jury awarded six times what the insurance company had offered. Since then, he has won the largest verdict in Minnesota for a shoulder injury ($325,000), and, with Jim Schwebel, the largest award in Minnesota for an ankle injury ($461,000). He was recently able to conclude the largest motorcycle injury settlement in Minnesota, for $1.5 million.

John Bradshaw

Everyone has problems and sometimes they are overwhelming. John has always aimed toward helping people deal with that kind of obstacle. He has been fortunate in having a widely varied education and background in many walks of life. He was married to his wife Joan for 50 years and has three children. He appreciates that life is often complex, seldom easy and that their clients need support and attention. His focus has been on the personal and technical aspects of complex injury litigation and helping his clients mend their lives.

Kevin Carpenter

Kevin clerked for a judge for a year after law school and then spent 17 years doing mostly defense work for insurance companies.  For the past 16 years Kevin has spent most of his time representing injured plaintiffs.  Over the course of nearly 35 years as a lawyer, Kevin has tried over 100 cases to juries and briefed and argued over 50 cases in the appellate courts.  He has tried cases involving issues of all types of negligence, including medical negligence/malpractice.  He is particularly interested in insurance coverage issues.

Christy Thorson

Christy has worked on personal injury cases for several years, so she understands what it takes to make sure clients are treated fairly and are properly compensated for their injuries. She is compassionate with clients but a very tough negotiator with the representatives from the insurance companies.

Kristina J. Borgen

Reid M. Goldetsky

Reid grew up in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. He has been a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities. He attended college at the University of Minnesota where he was a standout gymnast who was on the 4 time Big Ten Gymnastics Championship teams from 1976 -1980. He went on to receive his MBA from the University of St. Thomas in 1995 and received his Juris Doctorate from Hamline University in 2002. In his free time he enjoys golf and bowling.

Jodi A. Vickerman

Jodi started her legal career as a law clerk at Bradshaw and Bryant in 2002. Since then she has had a winding legal road that led her back to Bradshaw and Bryant in 2018. She focuses on Minnesota No-Fault law and being a compassionate advisor for all clients who have been injured. Jodi grew up in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. She now resides in the Southwestern Metro area with her husband, three boys and a dog. She enjoys family time, baking shows and a good historical fiction book.


Deb Mayer
Deb has worked as paralegal for Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC for over 30 years and has worked primarily in the St. Cloud office since it opened in 1996. Deb is the mother of two adult sons who have been in and around the office their whole life. Deb still lives near the original Eden Valley office. Deb has been involved in some of the office’s biggest trials and concentrates in the area of complex litigation.

Julie Kummet
Julie has worked for Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC for over 30 years. She has worked as a paralegal handling the needs of individual clients and helping move cases along. Julie is married and the mother of two sons and still lives in Eden Valley near the original Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC Office. Julie has been involved in numerous trials, arbitrations and hearings. She has worked with all of the lawyers in the firm in continuing to work and process claims for injured clients.

Brenda Salzer
Brenda joined Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC at the end of 2004 as a legal assistant. Brenda has extensive experience working in personal injury having worked in the St. Cloud area for over 12 years. Brenda is married and the mother of three young children and has lived in the Stearns County area her whole life. Brenda is skilled in the day-to-day communication with clients, preparing cases for litigation and in areas of document production and discovery.

Brandice Crider
Brandice has worked for Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC for nearly 15 years. She was hired on as a Legal Secretary and was quickly promoted to a Paralegal because of her compassion and dedication to our clients. Brandice grew up in Clarissa, MN, and continues to reside in that area. She is married and is a mother of two sons.

Stacy Anderson
Stacy has worked for Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC for 13 years. She was hired as a Legal Secretary and promoted to being a No-Fault Paralegal. Stacy lives in Bowlus, MN with her wonderful husband and is the mother of 4 children. She works in helping clients get their medical bills and wage loss paid through the AAA arbitration process.

Gail Schmit
Gail joined Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC in June of 2007 as a Paralegal. She has over 20 years of experience working in automobile and insurance law. Gail grew up in Benton County, and has now lived in St. Cloud for the past several years. Gail focuses on processing and preparing injury cases whether by settlement or trial.

Mandy M. Johnson
Mandy started at Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC as a paralegal intern and was hired full time in September of 2008. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Associates in Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota School of Business, Waite Park. Mandy is originally from Granite Falls, MN and has been living in the St. Cloud area for several years. She is married and the mother of three.

Ashley Bernard
Ashley joined Bradshaw and Bryant PLLC as a paralegal in 2011. She has over 4 years of experience working in personal injury. She works directly with clients and prepares cases for litigation. Ashley has attended St. Cloud State University and has an Associates in Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from the Minnesota School of Business. She grew up in Richmond, Minnesota and currently lives in Cold Spring.

Cheryl M. Pojanowski
Cheryl started at Bradshaw & Bryant PLLC as a paralegal intern and was hired full time in September of 2011. She attended Minnesota School of Business and received an Associates of Applied Science degree in Paralegal studies. Cheryl and her husband have lived and worked in the St.Cloud area for 8 years and have expanded their family to include two young daughters.

Amanda Zaleski
Amanda started at Bradshaw & Bryant as a paralegal intern and was later hired full time in March of 2017 after graduating with an Associates in Applied Science Degree for Paralegal Studies. Amanda grew up in South Haven, Minnesota and now resides in Sauk Rapids with her family.

Kim Walentiny
Kim started at Bradshaw and Bryant as a Paralegal in June of 2018. She attended Alexandria Technical & Community College and received an Associates of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies. She specifically enjoys client interaction and learning how their injuries have affected their daily life. It is important to Kim that each client feels validated. Kim grew up in Ramsey, Minnesota and now resides in Princeton.
