Bradshaw & Bryant, PLLC is personal injury law firm that serves central Minnesota. We are seeking another seasoned paralegal. For this position the ideal candidate has 3 or more years of experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to help people. You also need to work well in a team environment and be committed to working when scheduled. All candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, interpersonal communication, and fluency in word processing and e-mail.

What would the hours be? Hours are Monday – Friday; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a lunch break from noon to 1:00 pm
Pay: Negotiable based on education, experience and skill set

Responsibilities:
Case Preparation:Assist in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits. Organize and maintain case files, documents, and evidence. Order and request relevant case material; medical records, crash reports, billing statements, etc.
Communication:Maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys. Draft and send correspondence on behalf of attorneys.
Document Management:Review, analyze, and organize documents related to cases. Prepare summaries and indexes of legal documents for easy reference. Handle filing and document retrieval in compliance with court rules and procedures.
Court Support:Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions. Coordinate logistics for court appearances, including scheduling and document submission. Create and maintain trial exhibits and presentations.
Administrative Duties:Coordinate with scheduling legal assistant for attorney calendars and schedule appointments. Communicating with medical providers and insurance companies regarding case maintenance. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
